Tuesday Giveaway - Birthday Celebrations Continue

Instead of a stack this week there is a Tuesday giveaway.  To celebrate our 2nd Birthday in our shop, in Kilbirnie and our first ever sale I decided to host a giveaway rather than have a Tuesday stack.  It is our Birthday - but you get the gift.

The giveaway is for a fat quarter of each of the fabrics below.  But wait there is more - (no not a free set of steak knives) but an extra set of fat quarters for a friend of your choosing.  So one set for you and one for a friend.

To win the giveaway please leave a comment with the name of your friend and what you would like to make if you won the fabrics.

Commenting here gives you one entry (please make sure your contact details are either linked to your account or leave an email address).
You can also visit us on Facebook and leave a comment on the giveaway post and get a second entry.

The giveaway is open until 6pm (New Zealand time) next Monday 2nd June and a winner will be drawn next Tuesday.  I am happy to send the giveaway anywhere in the world.

Meanwhile the Birthday Sale continues if you would like to pick up some bargains in store or on line.

I have been eyeing up some of these fabrics so to win them would just be fabulous. They would be perfect for making bibs for my niece, and maybe if I'm feeling brave enough - a dress for her as well. The friend I would share this prize with is Liane Rowe, she's an absolute magician with a sewing machine and has inspired me to learn how to sew (and is patiently putting up with my million and one questions!)

I was just looking at two tutorials for drawstring bags, one for gym clothes another to store toys, puzzle pieces etc, and these fabrics would be perfect for either. So I would definitely make one or two bags for the kids.
I would give the extra set of fat quarters to my friend Paula who owns a sewing machine but has not yet felt sure enough to use it.

I have a sweet quilty friend who has stepped up to the plate more than once in the past few months.. You see she lives in the same town as my daughter, and my daughter just fought a battle with colon cancer.
