OMGosh I'm going to fall over. I've been coveting those fabrics for so long, but they're just so expensive! I actually won some last week and they just got here. I don't see how anyone could cut up the big owl print, and sure enough you kept it whole. Great quilt!
ahhh so cool, i bought some saffron craig fabric from u ages ago!! mum is still making the quilt when she has a spare minute( will send u photos when done)...meanwhile my baby is now 4months old!!! i am going to start a blog myself for my hobbies after seeing yours!! i will have to do a blog on my favourite fabric (your babushka/russian dolls) which is still sitting here waiting to be bought alive. cheers lee
Thanks for visiting my blog, I hope you enjoy your visit and will stop by again. I love comments, I may not always be able to reply but appreciate hearing from you.
Welcome to my blog. I am a mother of two and married to my high school sweet heart. I love crafting, sewing and making things. I love baking but dislike cooking (Luckily Steven is the most amazing cook). I have been fortunate to set up and run Stitchbird, my shop and love being able to work with fabrics and lovely crafty and handmade things every day.

gorgeous...
Love it and I'm very impressed with your free-motion quilting. I really like the selvedge being visible - I've a thing for selvedges!
I would also be thrilled if you would put the ballet bag on your gallery page. It has been much admired in this house :)
Love Love love this quilt! I just bought some of the Saffron Craig owl print last week. Your quilt is amazing.
